How much
Dosage
1-3 g of dried seed powder daily with water, or fruit in season.
How to take it
Preparation & usage
Seed churna
Dry the seeds fully, grind to a fine powder and store airtight. Take 1/2 tsp in water.
Twice daily, 30 minutes before meals
Bark gargle
Boil 1 tbsp bark in 2 cups water for 10 minutes; cool and strain.
As a mouth rinse for ulcers or bleeding gums
